Why a family portal
Being looked after never concerns one person alone; it concerns the whole family. Those who cannot be there every day still want to know: who is with them right now? What was done? What does it cost? The family portal answers these questions without your having to ring round — and takes a measure of worry off the family.
The three parts
Schedules. You can see who is coming to your relative and when — always current, visible at any time.
Invoices. Every invoice in one place, itemised transparently, with all surcharges visible and available whenever you need them.
Documentation. What was done and observed? The care record is traceable for authorised relatives — close to daily life, free of jargon.

The family portal costs nothing extra. It belongs to our understanding of honest, transparent work: anyone who engages us should be able to see at any time what is happening — not on request, but as a matter of course.
Security & data protection
Access is protected and the data is transmitted over an encrypted (TLS) connection. Only the relatives you authorise can see it. We process the data in accordance with the GDPR and treat the particularly sensitive contents of the care record with corresponding diligence. We set the family portal up individually for each family and extend it as required — with further authorised relatives, for instance, or additional content. Whatever you need, we put in place.
