Taking someone on is possible if she was properly employed by you under employment law. Where the arrangement sits in a grey area (self-employed, or posted from abroad), taking her on is not possible — but we can fill the gap in care with our own staff.

Can you also work in the exclusive sheltered-housing schemes on the Kurfürstendamm?

Yes. We have worked with most of them already. We do not take over the in-house care — but additional one-to-one hours, overnight care and individual companionship are exactly what we do.
